If the product could not be contacted or delivered on the first or second visit, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier (NACEX) or with Mar Cucurella via email and will assume any additional costs that subsequent deliveries may entail.

NATIONAL transportation will be free for orders over €250 (tax included), the amount for orders less will be €10.

Mar Cucurella is not responsible for additional customs and duty charges, nor for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes beyond the control of the company or due to incomplete or erroneous recipient data.
If you receive the package with defective packaging, you should indicate it on the delivery note or reject it, and contact Mar Cucurella.
Assumptions to take into account (ONLY IF APPLICABLE)

COMMON VALUE ADDED TAX SYSTEM OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
In accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, regulating said tax and the European Directive 2008/8/EC, the operation may be exempt or not subject to it depending on the country of residence of the buyer and the condition in which the same acts (businessman/professional or individual). The price of products marketed by Mar Cucurella includes Spanish VAT. However, the final price of your order may vary depending on the VAT tax rate applied to the order. RETURN POLICY

Withdrawal entails a refund of the amount paid for the piece, shipping costs excluded.
The transportation costs generated by the return will be borne by the buyer. The term for this payment will be that established in the Law, after having received from Mar Cucurella, the product subject to withdrawal in perfect condition and without signs of use.
If it is correct, we will proceed to refund the amount of the jewel within a maximum period of 14 days, using the same payment method, in accordance with current regulations.
How to return products in accepted cases:
To return a product in the cases provided for and accepted by this withdrawal policy, the following instructions must be followed:
-You must have notified Mar Cucurella the desire to withdraw and having obtained the corresponding authorization before sending the shipment.

A size or model change can be made within a period of 14 business days from receipt of your order.
For size changes, send the jewel to Mar Cucurella, we will adjust it and send it back to you within a period of no more than 7 business days.
The jewelry must retain its original packaging, be in perfect condition and with the documentation included.
