HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the dissolution of the contract with Mar Cucurella.

If you need any modification or cancellation, the communication must be made within the period of 3 days from order confirmation, via email: taller@marcucurella.com and as long as the order has not been shipped.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHOD

The client agrees to pay for the contracted products at Mar Cucurella in the payment methods accepted by Mar Cucurella and for any additional amounts (including taxes and late fees, as applicable)

2. PayPal

SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION

The Products purchased through the store will be sent to the shipping address that the user indicates once the payment has been verified, with the maximum delivery time being 1 to 3 weeks depending on the piece, since all our jewelry is made in a handmade one by one.

The Mar Cucurella delivery service is carried out in collaboration with Nacex for national shipments, and UPS or Correos Express for the European Economic Community, for the rest of the territory it will depend on each destination.

If there is any unforeseen event in the delivery of the order, we will contact you through your email address, which we request when registering on the website, to find a solution. Alternatively, we could contact you by phone, if you have provided it, or directly attempt a second delivery to the address provided. If the product could not be contacted or delivered on the first or second visit, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier (NACEX) or with Mar Cucurella via email and will assume any additional costs that subsequent deliveries may entail.

If you need urgent shipping, contact us to consult the conditions and rates.

 NATIONAL transportation will be free for orders over €250 (tax included), the amount for orders less will be €10.

Transportation to the EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY will be free for orders over €350 (taxes included), the amount for orders below will be €15.

Mar Cucurella is not responsible for additional customs and duty charges, nor for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes beyond the control of the company or due to incomplete or erroneous recipient data. 

If you receive the package with defective packaging, you should indicate it on the delivery note or reject it, and contact Mar Cucurella.

Assumptions to take into account (ONLY IF APPLICABLE)

• In the event that one of the deadlines is modified, the Mar Cucurella Customer Service will inform you, either by email or phone call, of the approximate delivery time for the shipment. total of your order. Likewise, you will be kept informed of any variation that may arise within said period.

WARRANTY

Mar Cucurella guarantees that all our jewelry is handmade one by one, we ensure that both the process and the finish are of the highest quality and that it meets the rigorous criteria required for their production.

We use only and exclusively H SI quality natural diamonds

Improper handling, misuse and wear of the part due to use are excluded from the warranty.

COMMON VALUE ADDED TAX SYSTEM OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

In accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, regulating said tax and the European Directive 2008/8/EC, the operation may be exempt or not subject to it depending on the country of residence of the buyer and the condition in which the same acts (businessman/professional or individual). Consequently, in some cases the final price of the order may be altered compared to what is displayed on the website.

 

The price of products marketed by Mar Cucurella includes Spanish VAT. However, the final price of your order may vary depending on the VAT tax rate applied to the order. For orders destined for other countries in the European Union, Spanish VAT will be deducted and the VAT tax rate corresponding to the destination country will be applied. The final price will appear during your order confirmation and will reflect the VAT tax rate corresponding to the country of destination of the products.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days without indicating the reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in articles 107.2 and 108, in accordance with the provisions of BOE-A-2014-3329. To exercise this right, a form is provided where you can complete the data necessary for its management. 

After this period we will not be able to accept returns. 

Returns of personalized or engraved jewelry are excluded.  

If when you open the order there is a piece in poor condition, you can open an incident from the contact form or send us an email to Mar Cucurella, as well as a photograph of it.

You must indicate on the delivery note the reason for the return in this regard.

The jewelry must be sent in its original packaging and in perfect condition within a period of no more than 15 calendar days, to the following address:

Withdrawal entails a refund of the amount paid for the piece, shipping costs excluded. 

The transportation costs generated by the return will be borne by the buyer. The term for this payment will be that established in the Law, after having received from Mar Cucurella, the product subject to withdrawal in perfect condition and without signs of use.

 If it is correct, we will proceed to refund the amount of the jewel within a maximum period of 14 days, using the same payment method, in accordance with current regulations.

How to return products in accepted cases:

To return a product in the cases provided for and accepted by this withdrawal policy, the following instructions must be followed:

-You must have notified Mar Cucurella the desire to withdraw and having obtained the corresponding authorization before sending the shipment.

-You must download and complete the withdrawal form below and send it along with the package.

-You must introduce the product(s) in a properly packaged package.

You must take the package (with the attached withdrawal form) to a Post Office or courier company and request proof of shipment. You must keep the receipt until you receive the requested refund.

A size or model change can be made within a period of 14 business days from receipt of your order.

For size changes, send the jewel to Mar Cucurella, we will adjust it and send it back to you within a period of no more than 7 business days.

The jewelry must retain its original packaging, be in perfect condition and with the documentation included.

Return shipping and subsequent shipping of the item to be exchanged will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Jewelry that has been engraved, personalized or used is excluded from returns.

The language in which the contract will be formalized between Mar Cucurella and the Client is Spanish.

 

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAWS

Mar Cucurella and THE CUSTOMER, will be governed by Spanish legislation to resolve any controversy that may arise from the access or use of this website, and will be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Manresa.
